Flow Dyssynchrony/Work Shifting in VC Descending Ramp Flow with Troubleshooting

Flow dyssynchrony in volume control with a descending-ramp flow pattern, and the same troubleshooting principles applied.

VCWork shiftingM2M5⤢ before / after
Problem.Effect of patient inspiratory effort on airway pressures in patient on VC. For more details, please see Case "Flow Dyssynchrony/Work Shifting in VC Square Flow with Troubleshooting".
Fix #1

Example of how waveforms look like in VC with descending ramp waveform with passive patients. Note that the pressure-time graph looks more rectangular.

Fix #2

Like on Case "Flow Dyssynchrony/Work Shifting in VC Square Flow with Troubleshooting", we decreased itime from 1 to 0.7s with a small increase in airway pressures.
